Leadership Development Program - Leading in the Next Normal
IIM Amritsar once again with much pride and pleasure has joined hands with the Indian Oil Institute of Petroleum Management (IiPM) and conducted the Six-day Virtual Leadership Development Program (LDP) “SAKSHAM” developed exclusively for the IOCL officials.
The Six-Day Virtual Leadership Development Program (LDP) titled "Leading in the Next Normal" focused on helping the professionals acquire strategic and functional level analytical skills to lead the organization. The diverse mix of participants of the program provided a platform to share varied best practices from their organizations and discuss contextual challenges that impact the overall industry. The participants were exposed to different learning approaches that would definitely affect their future decision-making ability.
The training was highly practical, experiential, structured, engaging, and organized with case studies related to their organization’s nature of work. The Facilitators of the program were faculty members of IIM Amritsar who have rich industry and research experience. The participants from IOCL had their share of practical knowledge and experience hence providing a platform for a mutual learning experience for all included in the program.
