Swati Jain is a Lecturer in the IT and Computational Systems area at Indian Institute of Management Amritsar (IIM Amritsar). She is pursuing her Ph.D. at the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow). Before joining the doctoral program, she worked in industry for 10 years in the Information Technology sector, at various techno-managerial roles, with leading multinational corporations such as Infosys Limited.
Her research interests include Cyber-risk Management, Cybersecurity Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Healthcare IT, and IT governance. She employs text-mining and various machine learning and deep learning techniques in her research work. Her research findings have been published in the International Journal of Information Management (ABDC-A*) and the Journal of Organizational Computing and Electronic Commerce (ABDC-A). She has also presented her research articles at international conferences, such as Americas Conference on Information Systems (AMCIS) and International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS), as well as national conferences including INDAM, PAN-IIM, SOM, VGSoM, ICDE, and others.
