Neeti Ingole is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. She holds a PGP from IIM Kozhikode and a PhD from IIM Indore and has experience of eight years in the education sector distinguished by a diverse array of accomplishments spanning institution building, stakeholder engagement, and research.


In her research endeavors, she has examined the intricacies of the contemporary workforce ecosystem – with a keen interest in understanding workforce orchestration within inter-organizational collaborations, particularly in HR-related change intervention projects. She has authored a research paper published in the Journal of Social Entrepreneurship. She has presented her research papers and findings at esteemed conferences, including INDAM at IIM Rohtak, ANZAM in Gold Coast Australia, AIMS International Conference on Management at IIM Kozhikode, and the International Human Resource Conference cum Conclave at IIM Jammu. She has served as a Reviewer for the prestigious European Academy of Management (EURAM) Conference.


In institution building, Neeti has played a pivotal role in initiatives aimed at enhancing academic and administrative performance within educational institutions. In her previous experience as a member of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), she has spearheaded efforts to promote quality improvement frameworks, foster learner-centric environments, and coordinate best practices across departments. She has also served as an Organizing Member for the INSPIRE internship program, an initiative by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India. Through this role, she has played a pivotal part in facilitating networking opportunities, mentorship programs, and workshops aimed at promoting STEM education among youth.


Neeti's research interests extend to contemporary workforce ecosystem orchestration, emphasizing her focus on understanding the dynamics of collaboration and inter-organizational cooperation in modern workplaces. Additionally, she is passionate about education-related research, particularly in the areas of learning and assessments in higher education.
